VTP Leadership Solutions has announced new consultancy services to help law enforcement and public safety agencies align organizational values with daily practices and prepare for AI adoption. The firm will showcase its offerings at the IACP 2025 Conference in Denver.

VTP Leadership Solutions has announced new consultancy services focused on leadership development and AI readiness for law enforcement, public safety, and security organizations, according to a press release. The Washington, D.C.–based firm aims to help agencies align their stated values with daily operations while preparing leaders to manage emerging technologies responsibly.

The company will present its framework at the IACP 2025 Conference in Denver from October 17–22, where it will offer consultations and demonstrations. Its program includes education in values-based and adaptive leadership, along with training to ensure responsible and transparent AI integration across public safety institutions.

VTP Leadership Solutions is also partnering with the Council for Law Enforcement AI Readiness (CLEAR), an independent advisory group that supports agencies in adopting AI responsibly. CLEAR provides readiness audits, policy development, executive training, and risk assessments to promote transparency and public trust in AI-enabled policing.
