VSA to Acquire HopeAI, Expanding AI in Life Sciences
TCTM Kids IT Education Inc. has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire HopeAI Inc., a company specializing in AI-powered clinical development, announced in a press release. This acquisition is expected to bolster VSA's expansion into the AI biopharmaceutical sector.
Under the terms of the letter of intent, VSA plans to acquire 100% of HopeAI's equity interests in exchange for restricted Class A ordinary shares of VSA. The final valuation and terms will be disclosed as the transaction progresses.
HopeAI, founded in 2023, offers platforms like PURE Evidence, SynthIPD, and CARA Design, which optimize clinical trial processes. These platforms have helped pharmaceutical companies significantly reduce trial durations and costs, enhancing drug development efficiency.
The completion of the acquisition is contingent upon due diligence, negotiation of a definitive agreement, and necessary approvals, including those from VSA's Board of Directors and shareholders. There is no assurance that the transaction will be finalized.
