Vonage has introduced Agentforce Identity Insights and Fraud Detection, a new AI-powered solution that integrates with Salesforce to help contact center agents detect fraud and verify customer identities in real time.

Vonage, a part of Ericsson, has launched Agentforce Identity Insights and Fraud Detection, an AI-powered solution designed to help contact center agents detect fraud and verify customer identities in real time, announced in a press release.

The new solution integrates with Salesforce Inc.'s Agentforce platform and leverages Vonage's Communications and Network APIs. It enables users of Vonage Premier for Salesforce Voice to access real-time insights, automate number verification, and validate communication channels directly within Salesforce workflows.

Agentforce Identity Insights and Fraud Detection uses programmable APIs to check SIM swap activity, verify customer numbers, and flag potential fraud risks. It also automates outbound engagement by verifying number types, allowing agents to prioritize valid accounts and appropriate communication channels.

The service is available now on the Salesforce AppExchange and includes features such as caller ID verification, number validity checks, and automated fraud detection to improve agent productivity and secure customer interactions.
