Veeva Systems Introduces Falcon Platform for Agentic Labor in Drug Development

Veeva Systems has announced Falcon, a new agentic platform designed to accelerate drug development by automating key processes in clinical, regulatory, and safety operations. The platform will be available for early adopters in November 2026.

Veeva Systems announced in a press release the launch of Veeva Falcon, an agentic platform and a set of standard agents aimed at improving efficiency across major drug development processes. Falcon integrates with Veeva Development Cloud applications to reduce costs, increase speed, and maintain compliance for biopharmaceutical companies of various sizes.

The platform focuses initially on three areas: trial master file document intake and quality control, health authority correspondence in regulatory operations, and safety case triage and intake. These functions are designed to streamline workflows within clinical, regulatory, and safety domains.

Veeva Falcon represents the company’s first offering in agentic labor, with early adopter availability planned for November 2026. The system is part of Veeva AI, a suite of AI solutions that support industry-specific automation for life sciences organizations.
