Vantaca Introduces HOAi Fleet and Expands AI Ecosystem for Community Management
Vantaca has introduced HOAi Fleet, an expansion of its agentic AI suite for community association management, announced in a press release. The launch took place at the 2026 CAI Annual Conference and includes updates to Vantaca Vendor and Vantaca Home, extending the company's AI ecosystem.
HOAi Fleet adds coordinated AI agents that perform defined roles such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and association onboarding. The system is built on more than five million tasks already executed by Vantaca's AI infrastructure across 250 management companies. The company expects AI coverage of human work to expand from 30 percent to 90 percent by the end of 2026. Vantaca also introduced Managed Services, combining AI automation with human oversight for accounting and reconciliation tasks.
Vantaca Vendor, now available beyond beta, centralizes payment approvals and vendor communication. It replaces manual check processing with digital workflows designed to prevent fraud and gives service providers a self-service portal to track payments and update information.
Vantaca Home, the resident-facing platform, has been updated to provide greater transparency and personalization. The app now displays community updates, events, and tailored content, enabling residents and boards to monitor operations and communicate more effectively.
Together, HOAi Fleet, Vantaca Vendor, and Vantaca Home form a connected AI ecosystem intended to automate operations while improving the experience for management companies, residents, and service providers.
