UST and Kaynes Semicon have announced a strategic partnership to establish a Rs 3,300 crore Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility in Sanand, Gujarat. This collaboration aims to bolster India's position as a semiconductor hub, aligning with the 'Make in India' initiative. announced in a press release, the venture will leverage UST's expertise in digital engineering and AI-driven processes, alongside Kaynes Semicon's manufacturing capabilities.

The partnership is set to enhance the production of semiconductor components for electronics, electric vehicles, and consumer technology.
