United Imaging Healthcare Reports Strong 2024 Financials and AI Innovations
United Imaging Healthcare has released its 2024 annual report, demonstrating robust financial performance and significant advancements in AI innovation, announced in a press release. The company reported a revenue of CNY 10.30 billion for 2024, with a net income of CNY 1.26 billion. In the first quarter of 2025, the company recorded a revenue of CNY 2.48 billion, marking a year-over-year increase of 5.42%.
United Imaging Healthcare's commitment to innovation is evident in its R&D investment, which reached CNY 2.26 billion in 2024, a 17.84% increase from the previous year. This investment supported the launch of over 140 new products globally, with 49 receiving U.S. FDA clearance and 46 CE certified. Notably, the uMI Panorama series completed CE certification, and the uMR Jupiter became the world's only whole-body clinical ultra-high-field MRI system with NMPA, FDA, and CE approvals.
The company has also expanded its global footprint, now operating in more than 85 countries and regions. In Europe, United Imaging established its headquarters in Rotterdam and completed deployments in major Western European economies. In North America, its imaging products cover over 70% of U.S. state-level regions, with significant installations in leading institutions. The Asia-Pacific region saw dual-track growth in both developed and emerging markets, further consolidating its market share.
