Unico Connect has built an AI voice ordering platform for Ashokraj Transport & Logistics, announced in a press release. The system converts WhatsApp voice notes into structured purchase orders, allowing buyers to continue using WhatsApp without switching to a new interface.

The platform uses the WhatsApp Business API to manage message routing and media. Each voice note is processed through an extraction layer built with LangChain and LangGraph, which identifies line items, quantities, and delivery details. Buyers verify the extracted data before fulfillment, reducing transcription errors. The system supports both English and Hindi in the same conversation flow.

The solution includes six web portals tailored to specific user roles, a Flutter mobile app for operations teams, barcode scanning, geolocation capture, and UPI AutoPay for recurring billing. Orders that require human review are routed to an operator queue, while clean orders process automatically.

Developed in about 14 weeks, the platform has achieved a 60 percent faster order processing time and a 40 percent reduction in order errors. Operations staff have shifted from manual data entry to exception handling and customer-facing tasks, enabling order volume growth without expanding back-office staff.
