Unico Connect has built an AI voice ordering system for Ashokraj Transport & Logistics that turns WhatsApp voice notes into structured purchase orders, announced in a press release. The system allows buyers to continue using WhatsApp while eliminating manual transcription by operations staff.

The platform is built on the WhatsApp Business API and uses an extraction layer based on LangChain and LangGraph to identify order details such as line items, quantities, and delivery information. It supports English and Hindi within the same voice note, reflecting the multilingual communication common in business-to-business trade.

Buyers confirm extracted orders before fulfillment, reducing transcription errors early in the process. If an item is unavailable, the system suggests alternatives within the same chat. Messages that require human review are routed to an operator queue, while clear orders proceed automatically.

The full system includes six web portals for different user roles, a Flutter mobile app for field teams, barcode scanning, geolocation capture, and UPI AutoPay for recurring billing. According to the release, the solution was delivered in about 13 to 14 weeks and has resulted in 60 percent faster order processing and a 40 percent drop in order errors since launch.
