Tucuvi Joins Microsoft Pegasus Program
Tucuvi joins the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program, the company said in a press release. The program will connect Tucuvi with Microsoft enterprise customers and sales channels as it expands its AI care management platform across health systems.
Healthcare organizations can purchase Tucuvi through Microsoft Marketplace and apply the cost against existing Microsoft Azure commitments. Its Tucuvi Health Manager platform includes LOLA, a voice AI agent that conducts inbound and outbound patient calls, follows configured protocols, records structured information and escalates cases to clinicians.
LOLA uses Microsoft Foundry to deploy and monitor its conversational models and Azure Speech for voice interactions. Tucuvi says more than 80 health settings use the platform across over 50 workflow types, including follow up after discharge, chronic care monitoring, medication adherence, prescription refills and scheduling.
