Trellis and Fisher Phillips Enhance Litigation Alerts with AI
Trellis has partnered with Fisher Phillips to integrate AI-powered case strategy reports into the firm's daily alerts. Announced in a press release, this collaboration aims to enhance litigation response by providing attorneys with real-time, AI-driven insights as soon as a client is named in a lawsuit.
The integration leverages Trellis' extensive trial court data, which spans 2.5 billion records across 3,500 courts, to generate comprehensive case strategy reports. These reports are embedded within the alerts, offering detailed analysis on case details, risk factors, and recommended strategies. This allows Fisher Phillips attorneys to quickly assess new filings and develop informed litigation strategies.
The AI-generated reports include insights on key parties, jurisdiction, procedural posture, and judge intelligence, among other factors. This integration is designed to give attorneys a strategic advantage by delivering critical information at the earliest stage of a case, enabling faster risk assessment and proactive client protection.
