Treez has launched Winston, an AI teammate platform built for regulated retail operations, starting with cannabis dispensaries in the United States. The platform connects to systems like POS, compliance, payroll, and supply chain tools to automate cross-departmental tasks while maintaining full operator oversight.

Treez has launched Winston, an AI teammate platform designed for regulated retail industries, starting with cannabis dispensaries in the United States, announced in a press release. The platform is available through an early access program for operators using any point of sale system.

Winston connects to multiple retail systems, including POS, ecommerce, compliance, payroll, human resources, accounting, loyalty, supply chain, and messaging tools. It automates cross-system work typically handled by multiple departments, with all actions routed through an approval queue to keep operators in control. Each decision is logged with a full audit trail.

The platform is already in use by Treez and SPARC, a cannabis dispensary group operating several locations across California. Winston integrates with systems such as Treez, Dutchie, Cova, METRC, BioTrack, Alpine IQ, Salesforce, HubSpot, Deputy, ADP, Gusto, Distru, OnFleet, and Google Workspace.

Treez is also opening a partner program for consultants, agencies, and technology providers working with cannabis retail teams. Operators can request early access or partnership information through the Winston website.
