Alex Shmelev, now Chief Innovation Officer, has been instrumental in advancing AI and NLP technologies at ThisWay Global since 2017. His efforts have powered the company's unbiased job and candidate matching solutions, such as AI4Jobs and Sully's Sandbox. Shmelev's previous roles include influential positions at NerdWallet and CORT/Berkshire Hathaway, where he developed enterprise-wide data integration platforms and serverless IoT systems.
