Therap Services sponsored the NASDDDS Annual Conference and The Arc's National Convention in late 2025, showcasing its AI-powered tools aimed at improving efficiency and compliance in human services.

Therap Services sponsored two major national organizations—the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS) and The Arc—in 2025, announced in a press release.

As a Presenting Sponsor of the NASDDDS Annual Conference, held in November 2025, Therap Services supported discussions on challenges facing state agencies and providers across the country. Attendees explored how the company’s AI-powered tools are being used to simplify operations, enhance efficiency, and maintain compliance in service delivery.

During the event, Chief Operating Officer Justin Brockie co-led a session titled “The Future Is Now: Leveraging Enabling Technology to Transform I/DD Supports,” alongside Stacy Watkins of the Delaware Division of Developmental Disabilities. The session examined how artificial intelligence can streamline workflows and improve outcomes in intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) systems.

Therap also sponsored The Arc’s National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, from November 13 to 15, 2025. The event gathered advocates and professionals to exchange best practices and explore new methods to improve inclusion and quality supports. Therap presented how its AI-driven system helps providers deliver consistent, effective services for individuals with I/DD.
