Terra Quantum has signed a definitive business combination agreement with Axiom Intelligence Acquisition Corp 1, valuing the quantum technology company at $3.5 billion and paving the way for its listing on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol TQ.

Terra Quantum and Axiom Intelligence Acquisition Corp 1 have signed a definitive business combination agreement that will make Terra Quantum a publicly listed company, announced in a press release. The transaction values Terra Quantum at approximately 3.5 billion dollars.

Following the completion of the merger, the combined entity will operate under the Terra Quantum name and is expected to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol TQ. The valuation represents an increase from a previously discussed nonbinding letter of intent with another special purpose acquisition company.

Headquartered in St. Gallen, Switzerland, Terra Quantum develops quantum algorithms, quantum security solutions, and hybrid quantum classical computing technologies. The company provides enterprise software platforms for sectors including finance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, logistics, energy, government, and defense.

Terra Quantum stated that the agreement reflects its commercial growth and expanding partnerships as it continues to develop its unified platform combining quantum computing, quantum inspired optimization, artificial intelligence, and quantum cybersecurity.
