At Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona, Tencent Cloud and 3D AI Studio announced progress in their strategic partnership to scale AI-driven 3D content creation. The collaboration builds on a partnership launched in November 2025 aimed at meeting growing global demand for high-quality, generative 3D assets.

3D AI Studio has integrated Tencent Cloud's HY 3D Global model as the backbone of its core platform. The API-based system, powered by Tencent’s generative AI technology, enables reliable and scalable 3D model generation from text or image prompts. This integration allows 3D AI Studio to manage fluctuating user demand while maintaining consistent output quality.

The partnership provides 3D AI Studio with direct technical support from Tencent Cloud’s development team, helping accelerate deployment and feature rollout. Since adopting HY 3D Global, the company has expanded its user base and improved production efficiency for designers, developers, and creators worldwide.

Tencent Cloud’s General Manager for Europe, Fred Sun, and 3D AI Studio’s CEO, Jan Hammer, noted that the collaboration has evolved into a product-focused partnership centered on co-innovation, emphasizing faster iteration and accessible 3D content creation for a global audience.
