Symend has released SymendConverse, an AI voice platform for debt collections that uses behavioral science to personalize customer interactions and coordinate with digital channels.

Symend has introduced SymendConverse, an AI voice system designed for collections that uses behavioral science to tailor every customer interaction, announced in a press release.

The platform conducts personalized inbound and outbound calls that adjust in real time to each customer's financial situation. It connects voice and digital contact history to create a unified engagement process, allowing continuous optimization of follow-ups.

SymendConverse is based on the company’s behavioral models known as Delinquency Archetypes, which classify customers by their payment capacity and readiness to act. This enables the system to negotiate flexibly, leave personalized voicemails, and transfer to live agents with full context when needed.

The solution is now available for enterprise users in telecommunications, financial services, utilities, auto finance, and credit unions. Symend’s platform meets international data protection standards including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, and CCPA.
