Sunshine Guojian Reports AI Assisted Drug Design Work in H1 Results

Sunshine Guojian Pharmaceutical reported first half 2026 revenue of RMB 866 million and described progress across its antibody pipeline, including programs supported by AI assisted drug design.

Sunshine Guojian Pharmaceutical announced in a press release first half 2026 revenue of RMB 866 million, up 34.84% from a year earlier. Net profit attributable to equity holders rose 95.10% to RMB 371 million, while R&D expenses rose 32.41% to RMB 245 million.

The company said its PF-08634404 (SSGJ-707) program with Pfizer has started 9 global multicenter clinical trials across solid tumor indications, including NSCLC and colorectal cancer. The program is tied to clinical and regulatory milestone payments and global sales revenue sharing.

Sunshine Guojian also reported product approvals in China. Yisaituo (Amdokitug Injection) was approved in February 2026 for adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, and Yisaina (Anflekitug Injection) was approved in August 2026 for acute flares of gouty arthritis in certain adult patients.

The company said it is using structural biology, AI assisted drug design, and high throughput screening platforms to build programs involving bispecific antibodies, trispecific antibodies, oral peptides, and inhaled antibodies. Programs named in the report include CD3/BCMA/CD19 trispecific antibody injection, TL1A/IL-23 bispecific antibody injection, TSLP/IL-4R bispecific antibody inhalation, and IL-23R oral peptide.
