Sunbound Launches AI-First Revenue OS for Senior Living
Washington-based Sunbound has launched sunbound.ai, an AI-first Revenue OS for senior living operators, announced in a press release. The launch follows a year in which the company tripled its annual payment volume to more than $1 billion and completed a Series A funding round.
The platform is designed to automate payments, claims management, and revenue processes for assisted living and skilled nursing facility operators. Sunbound said its AI agents, which have been tested internally, will begin rolling out to customers in the second quarter.
Alongside the launch, Sunbound expanded its executive team with five senior hires: Jiashu Wang as Chief Technology Officer, Jeff Merselis as Chief Revenue Officer, Amy Raymond as Chief Operating Officer, Anh Tran as Vice President of Product, and Jerry Taylor as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. The company also noted partnerships with Omega Healthcare Investors and Live Oak Bank.
