STMicroelectronics and Partners Acquire Stake in Oversonic Robotics
Oversonic Robotics said in a press release that STMicroelectronics, Fondazione ENEA Tech Biomedical, and SpotInvest have joined its share capital. The investment aims to accelerate Oversonic's industrial, technological, and international development.
The new shareholders will support Oversonic’s expansion in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors and strengthen the development of applications built around its cognitive humanoid robot, RoBee. The company also plans to enhance its presence in the United States as part of a broader global growth strategy.
