Sphinx Acquires Enigma to Boost Cybersecurity Solutions

Sphinx has acquired Enigma International, a move that strengthens its cybersecurity and intelligence solutions, announced in a press release. This acquisition enhances Sphinx's capabilities in counterintelligence and cyber tools, particularly benefiting defense and commercial security clients.

Enigma's integration brings valuable contracts such as the GSA OASIS+ and DIA DLITE II, expanding Sphinx's access to federal government projects. The acquisition also broadens the reach of Sphinx's Advanced Intelligence & Security (AxIS) software, which is designed to support collaborative, automated, and AI-enabled counterintelligence operations.

Sphinx CEO Garrett Pagon expressed enthusiasm about the new customer relationships and transformative solutions that the acquisition will foster. Enigma's CEO, Yolanda Wong, highlighted the strategic timing of this acquisition, which aligns with Enigma's growth trajectory and enhances its support for federal clients.
