SpeedLabs has raised $6.5 million in seed funding led by Parlay Capital, with participation from Bullpen Capital, TA Ventures, and EdgeEquity, announced in a press release. The funding will support the company's launch of its Momentum Markets platform in summer 2026.

Momentum Markets are designed to create and price tradable markets in real time during live sports games. The system generates new markets based on significant in-game moments, allowing fans to trade on shifts in momentum such as scoring runs or key plays. The platform uses foundation models built for sports to interpret live game data and generate instant market prices.

According to the company, the technology aims to replace traditional pre-set betting markets with dynamic markets that reflect actual game developments. SpeedLabs plans to use the funding to expand its team across engineering, machine learning, trading, and sports betting roles as it prepares for the platform's launch.
