Spectrum Science Launches AI Platform for Global Health Talent
Spectrum Science has introduced Source, a proprietary AI-powered platform designed to provide access to a global network of health and life science specialists, announced in a press release. This platform enables teams to quickly adapt to the complex demands of the industry by sourcing flexible talent from a pool of nearly 11,000 members across over 150 countries.
Source allows Spectrum Science to assemble teams with the exact expertise needed to meet client demands, ensuring streamlined delivery and exceptional outcomes. The platform is an evolution of a previous system developed by CrowdPharm, which Spectrum acquired in 2023. It supports a wide range of roles, from brand strategists to MDs and PhDs, facilitating rapid response to shifting workloads and priorities.
The introduction of Source is part of Spectrum Science's strategy to enhance its agility and flexibility in delivering services to its clients. By integrating AI technology, the company aims to challenge traditional agency models and improve the speed and quality of its service delivery.
