The new funding brings Sona’s total investment to over $100 million and will support its expansion in the United States.

Sona provides an AI platform designed for workforce management across industries such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and logistics. Its software integrates scheduling, HR, payroll, and business intelligence functions into a single system. The company’s AI capabilities include forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operational modeling to optimize staffing and productivity.

The funding will also accelerate the rollout of Sona’s recently launched Forge platform, which enables enterprises to build custom AI applications integrated with their core data and analytics systems. According to the company, this approach allows organizations to combine standardized solutions with customized AI tools tailored to their specific operations.
