SOLAI Limited to Acquire 51% Stake in NEURALAND
SOLAI Limited has entered into a definitive share exchange agreement to acquire a 51 percent equity stake in NEURALAND, a Singapore based company specializing in AI hardware and software, announced in a press release.
Under the agreement, SOLAI will issue 1,162,025,300 new Class A ordinary shares valued at 0.0079 US dollars per share, equivalent to 0.79 US dollars per American Depositary Share, for a total consideration of approximately 9.18 million US dollars. The transaction is expected to close around June 2, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
NEURALAND’s team develops AI node hardware, custom chips, embedded systems, and software platforms for AI orchestration, large language model integration, and blockchain infrastructure. Its Chief Technology Officer, Tan Shuai, previously worked at MicroBT, where he helped design its first generation of Bitcoin mining hardware.
SOLAI stated that the acquisition will support its transition from digital asset mining to a diversified technology platform focused on personal AI and high performance computing.
