SkillWaze has partnered with Pangea Learning and DAP to create an AI-driven talent pipeline offering verified career-ready training for student-athletes across 500 universities, addressing workforce skill gaps in key industries.

SkillWaze has formed a strategic partnership with Pangea Learning and DAP to create a verified talent pipeline for student-athletes at over 500 universities, announced in a press release. The initiative aims to address the workforce skills gap by combining AI-based verification, online education, and direct access to employers in sectors like healthcare, defense, manufacturing, and fintech.

The collaboration integrates DAP’s access to student-athletes through its partnership with the National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC), Pangea Learning’s online education programs, and SkillWaze’s AuthentiSkill AI verification system. The system validates both technical and soft skills through real-world challenges, internships, and AI-driven performance scoring.

According to the companies, the program will leverage esports athletes’ problem-solving and teamwork abilities for roles in fields such as aerospace, cybersecurity, and health technology. The alliance is positioned as a nationwide effort to produce a verified, career-ready workforce through AI-based skill validation and applied learning experiences.
