SkillWaze and Amplibotics Partner to Train NECC Gamers as Certified Robot Pilots
SkillWaze and Amplibotics have formed a strategic alliance to train student-athletes from the National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC) as certified robot pilots across 500 universities, announced in a press release.
The partnership combines Amplibotics' industrial teleoperation infrastructure with SkillWaze's AuthentiSkill 3D verification engine. The goal is to create a verified talent pipeline for the Physical AI sector by transforming competitive gaming skills into industrial applications.
The initiative is conducted in collaboration with Dynamic Athlete Placement (DAP) and the NECC. It aims to address what the companies describe as a verification gap in the modern workforce by preparing student-athletes for roles as professional robot operators.
