SK hynix has listed its American Depositary Receipts on Nasdaq, according to a press release. The company described the listing as a move to strengthen its position in the global capital market and expand its base of investors.

An Opening Bell ceremony was held on July 10, 2026, attended by SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won and CEO Kwak Noh-Jung. During the event, executives thanked investors and emphasized the company's focus on trust, innovation, and growth.

The ADR offering is scheduled to close on July 14, 2026, following the Nasdaq debut. SK hynix aims to reinforce its role as a central partner for memory solutions supporting the AI industry.
