Sitero Releases Ash Workflows for Clinical Study Setup and Data Review
Sitero announced in a press release the availability of three Ash agentic workflows for clinical study configuration, data management, and insights. The workflows cover study setup, continuous data review, and portfolio level visibility, with human review required at decision points.
Ash runs on SiteroAI, the company's clinical intelligence engine for GxP environments. SiteroAI brings data from EDC, IRT and RTSM, labs, ePRO, safety databases, and vendor feeds into a governed data layer. The workflows use study specific source data, permission aware access controls, and audit trails, and do not make autonomous clinical, safety, or quality decisions.
Ash for Study Configuration turns an uploaded protocol into a draft study build with visits, forms, fields, codelists, and edit checks. Sitero said the workflow can move a protocol to a live study in two weeks, while also managing amendments, signatures, and eBinder records.
Ash for Data Management supports continuous review, query management, and vendor reconciliation through a data management workbench and Clean Patient Tracker. In an early deployment with a top ten pharmaceutical company, more than 180 data review checks were configured in about five weeks. Ash for Insights adds study and portfolio dashboards for clean patient status, query trends, lock readiness, and database lock forecasting.
