SHIP.com Launches AI Shipping Manager and Claude Connector
SHIP.com has introduced SHIP AI, an AI shipping manager for online sellers, and SHIP MCP, a connector that brings shipping functions into Claude and other AI applications, the company announced in a press release.
SHIP AI is available inside the Ship.com web platform. It can analyze incoming orders, correct addresses, determine package details, choose shipping options, flag inconsistencies, and prepare multiple orders for shipment. The system can also update dashboards, run reports, and analyze shipping costs and delivery times.
The company said SHIP AI has been live for Ship.com users since August 11, 2026, with the complete experience free to try for at least 30 days. By default, label purchases, insurance additions, and account balance reloads require seller approval, with costs shown before completion.
SHIP MCP adds more than 35 shipping capabilities to Claude and other AI applications through the MCP standard. Developers can use it to add rating, labeling, tracking, and related shipping functions into AI commerce workflows. It is available through Claude Desktop CLI, Claude's connector directory, and the Ship.com website.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
