ServiceNow Acquires Work4Flow’s Now Assist Readiness Evaluation Tool
Work4Flow has sold its Now Assist Readiness Evaluation solution to ServiceNow AI, announced in a press release. The acquisition aims to strengthen ServiceNow’s tools for assessing AI readiness and accelerating deployment of agentic AI capabilities across enterprises.
The Now Assist Readiness Evaluation provides a structured framework for organizations to evaluate automation gaps, align AI use cases with business outcomes, and prepare for scaled adoption of ServiceNow’s AI features. The solution has been used by Fortune 500 companies, SaaS providers, universities, and healthcare institutions to streamline implementation and measure return on AI investments.
Following the purchase, ServiceNow plans to integrate the evaluation tool more deeply within its platform to help customers deploy AI more efficiently and reduce implementation risks.
