Seroda Ventures has acquired a majority stake in Evonence and merged it with Cloudnyx.ai, creating a new powerhouse in the Google Cloud ecosystem. This strategic move was announced in a press release by Seroda Ventures, a technology investment and incubation firm.

The merger combines Evonence's extensive experience in Google Cloud consulting with Cloudnyx.ai's innovative approach to AI and cloud integration. Vijay Shah, the Founder and CEO of Evonence, will lead the newly formed entity under the Cloudnyx.ai brand. The combined company aims to offer comprehensive consulting services, including data warehouse modernization, AI/ML implementation, and secure cloud architecture.

This merger is part of Seroda Ventures' strategy to build next-generation service providers in high-growth cloud ecosystems. With a focus on Google Cloud technologies like BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Apigee orchestration, Cloudnyx.ai is positioned to meet the evolving needs of digital-native enterprises.
