Sensi.AI has announced a partnership with Right at Home Canada to implement its Care Intelligence solution, aiming to improve senior well-being and reduce hospital readmissions announced in a press release. This collaboration marks the first major implementation of Sensi's technology in Canada, providing a comprehensive approach to assessing seniors' physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
Right at Home Canada, a leading provider of in-home care, will leverage Sensi's care copilot technology across its 50 locations in Canada. This initiative addresses the growing healthcare challenges in Canada, where preventable hospital visits place a significant burden on the system.
The partnership aims to enhance the quality of in-home senior care by improving care continuity and enabling early intervention.
