Sectra will provide its Sectra One Cloud enterprise imaging solution as a fully managed cloud service to a large healthcare system operating across 11 sites in the southeastern United States, announced in a press release.

The $45.6 million contract, signed during the second quarter of Sectra’s 2025/2026 fiscal year, includes guaranteed revenue of $44.1 million. The healthcare system will initially deploy Sectra One Cloud modules for radiology and breast imaging.

Sectra One Cloud will be operated using the latest cloud technologies to improve system reliability, scalability, and collaboration among hospital departments. The company will handle monitoring, optimization, and continuous upgrades for the service, reducing IT workload for the healthcare provider.

Sectra noted that the solution’s scalable architecture allows expansion into additional imaging specialties as the system grows. The move also addresses cybersecurity and data protection needs, particularly important for regions prone to natural disasters.
