SDG Corporation has acquired Hub City Media, a consultancy specializing in identity and access management (IAM), announced in a press release. This strategic move aims to bolster SDG's leadership in identity-first security by expanding its capabilities across the full IAM lifecycle, including advisory, integration, and managed services.

The acquisition combines Hub City Media's technical expertise with SDG's AI-driven identity, threat, and risk management solutions. This integration is expected to enhance digital trust, secure access for customers and workforces, and reduce cyber risks at scale. Hub City Media, founded in 1999, has delivered over a thousand enterprise IAM projects across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, and retail.

Ajay Gupta, CEO of SDG Corporation, emphasized that the acquisition will accelerate innovation and scale delivery of IAM solutions.
