ScreenPoint Medical will showcase its latest advancements in breast AI technology at the 2025 Society of Breast Imaging Symposium, according to a press release. The company will present Transpara 2.1, an updated algorithm that enhances breast cancer detection by incorporating breast density assessments and temporal comparisons with previous exams.

Transpara 2.1 is both CE-marked and FDA cleared, offering radiologists a robust tool for early cancer detection and reduced recall rates. The new temporal comparison feature allows for the analysis of suspicious areas against up to three prior exams over six years, a first in the market.

The symposium will also feature presentations on the clinical benefits of Transpara, including its use in personalized breast cancer screening strategies and its potential for decision support in detecting breast cancer through abbreviated MRI. These advancements aim to improve clinical workflow and decision confidence for radiologists.
