SAP Agrees to Acquire TechWolf for Workforce Intelligence

SAP agrees to acquire TechWolf and integrate its work and skills intelligence technology into SAP SuccessFactors. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.

SAP agrees to acquire TechWolf, the companies announced in a press release. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval and other closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.

TechWolf uses data from human resources and business systems to map tasks, employee skills and labor market information in a context graph. SAP plans to integrate this technology into SAP SuccessFactors for skills mapping, workforce planning, hiring and organizational redesign.

SAP also plans to use TechWolf data to support Joule queries related to workforce and talent management. Following the acquisition, TechWolf is expected to remain an independent entity led by CEO Andreas De Neve from its headquarters in Ghent, Belgium. Its platform will remain available to SAP customers and organizations that do not use SAP.
