Sanas Expands Speech AI Platform with New Translation and Developer Tools

Sanas announced in a press release the expansion of its Speech AI platform at Customer Contact Week 2026 in Las Vegas. The update includes enhancements to Universal Accent Translation and Language Translation, the introduction of Speech Intelligence, and new access options for developers and small businesses.

Universal Accent Translation continues to provide bi-directional accent transformation while preserving tone and expression. The Language Translation feature now supports more than 30 languages with automatic detection and low latency performance in live environments. Sanas builds and deploys its own speech technologies instead of relying on third-party models, allowing greater control over consistency and performance.

The new Speech Intelligence feature enables real time monitoring of sentiment, fraud, compliance, and personally identifiable information redaction. Processing occurs on device, helping organizations in sensitive sectors such as healthcare and finance analyze live interactions without exposing data to external systems.

Sanas also opened its platform to individuals and small businesses through a new self-service experience. Users can now test the technology in live environments and scale deployments without complex procurement steps. In addition, a new developer platform and SDK allow teams to embed Sanas speech capabilities directly into applications and workflows. The company will demonstrate these capabilities at Booth #230 during the event.
