Khurana, who joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2022 as the first Chief Digital & Data Analytics Officer, has been instrumental in enhancing the firm's search and consulting capabilities through multiple AI platforms. His previous experience as an Innovation Partner at Salesforce provided him with extensive expertise in digital transformation and emerging technology trends.

Under Khurana's leadership, the unified technology organization will focus on enhancing platform integration, accelerating AI deployment, and ensuring robust security across all digital touchpoints.
