Russell Reynolds Associates has appointed Harpreet Khurana as Chief Technology and Data Officer, announced in a press release. Khurana will lead a unified technology organization that integrates the firm's Information Systems, Digital and Data, and AI efforts. Reporting directly to CEO Constantine Alexandrakis, this strategic move aims to accelerate the firm's digital transformation.

Khurana, who joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2022 as the first Chief Digital & Data Analytics Officer, has been instrumental in enhancing the firm's search and consulting capabilities through multiple AI platforms. His previous experience as an Innovation Partner at Salesforce provided him with extensive expertise in digital transformation and emerging technology trends.

Under Khurana's leadership, the unified technology organization will focus on enhancing platform integration, accelerating AI deployment, and ensuring robust security across all digital touchpoints. This appointment comes as Russell Reynolds Associates continues to invest in technology infrastructure and AI capabilities to maintain its competitive edge in the global leadership advisory market.
