Rezonate Expands to North America with AI Engagement Platform for Healthcare
Rezonate, formerly known as KeyReply, announced in a press release its expansion from Singapore into North America, starting with the healthcare sector. The company introduced its platform, kira, an AI assistant and orchestration system that manages engagement across voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, email, web, and mobile applications.
Originally developed within Singapore’s public healthcare system, Rezonate’s technology helps organizations manage high volumes of patient interactions, such as scheduling, follow-up, and navigation tasks. The platform integrates with existing systems to understand context, handle workflows, and learn from outcomes without requiring infrastructure replacement.
To date, Rezonate has managed over 83 million interactions across 60 languages, including more than 12 million healthcare-specific interactions annually. All public hospitals in Singapore currently use the system. In the United States, the company aims to support hospitals and healthcare providers facing workload pressures in clinical and administrative operations.
While healthcare is its initial focus in the US, Rezonate is also exploring applications in other high-volume environments, including sports and entertainment, where contextual and personalized communication can help organizations improve engagement and service delivery.
