RevSpring to Acquire Kyruus Health for Integrated Healthcare Solutions
RevSpring has announced in a press release that it will acquire Kyruus Health, a leader in provider data, search, and scheduling solutions. The acquisition aims to integrate Kyruus Health's capabilities with RevSpring's patient engagement and payment platform, creating a unified experience from search to final payment.
The combined platform will enhance provider directory accuracy and improve conversion rates from search to payment. By merging RevSpring's patient intelligence with Kyruus' provider data, the platform will offer a personalized care journey, simplifying operations and improving financial outcomes for healthcare organizations.
The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and required approvals. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
