Research Solutions Reports Strong Q3 2025 Financial Results

Research Solutions, Inc. reported a 23% increase in annual recurring revenue to $20.4 million and a 22% rise in platform revenue for Q3 2025, according to a press release.

Research Solutions reported its fiscal third quarter 2025 financial results, showing significant growth in several key areas. Announced in a press release, the company achieved a 23% increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR), reaching $20.4 million. This includes approximately $13.5 million from B2B recurring revenue and $6.9 million from B2C recurring revenue.

The company's total revenue for the quarter was $12.7 million, marking a 4.5% increase from the previous year. Platform revenue saw a notable rise of 22%, amounting to $4.8 million and accounting for 38% of the total revenue, up from 33% in the prior-year quarter. This growth was driven by an increase in the number of paid platform deployments and B2C subscribers, as well as upsells to existing customers.

Research Solutions also reported a net income of $216,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, compared to $76,000 in the same quarter last year. The company's adjusted EBITDA reached $1.4 million, a 47.7% increase from the previous year, and cash flow from operations hit a record $2.9 million for the quarter.
