Reply Showcases Industrial Digital Twin and Physical AI Solutions at NVIDIA GTC 2026
Reply will present its industrial digital twin and physical AI solutions at NVIDIA GTC 2026 in San Jose from March 16 to 19, announced in a press release. The company will demonstrate how digital simulations and real-world AI systems can be integrated to improve production, logistics, and robotics performance.
On March 17, Reply will showcase "The AI Fast Lane for the Industrial Edge powered by NVIDIA on AWS" at the AWS booth. The system optimizes AI models on connected edge devices such as robotic arms and mobile robots. It processes sensor data in real time and retrains models automatically when needed. NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim are used to integrate digital twin simulations directly into the development process.
Reply and Google will also present a joint solution for intelligent robot coordination at the Google booth. The setup uses NVIDIA Isaac Sim on Google Cloud G4 instances to build digital twins of logistics environments and simulate robot fleets without local workstations, accelerating validation before deployment.
The Otto Group will demonstrate a Reply-developed digital twin of its warehouse operations on March 17. The system connects robotic coordination, fleet management, and warehouse operations to enable predictive simulation and optimized performance during peak activity.
