Reco Adds Security Monitoring for ServiceNow AI Agents

Reco and ServiceNow have integrated their platforms to provide visibility into Otto AI agent identities, permissions, tools and access. The integration also performs more than 170 security posture checks.

Reco said in a press release that it partnered with ServiceNow to extend security monitoring to Otto AI agents on the ServiceNow AI Platform. The integration became available on September 28, 2026.

The integration adds Otto agents to the Reco Graph, where customers can view their identities, permissions, connected tools, access and potential blast radius. Reco also runs more than 170 checks specific to ServiceNow security posture.

The connection uses APIs and does not require agent installation. Findings and recommended remediation steps can be sent to ServiceNow as tickets and workflows.
