Rapidus Corporation has announced a strategic partnership with Quest Global Services PTE. Ltd. to enhance the development of 2nm semiconductor solutions for AI applications, announced in a press release. This collaboration will see Rapidus become Quest Global's semiconductor foundry partner, leveraging its 2nm gate-all-around (GAA) manufacturing process.

The partnership aims to address the growing demand for low-power AI semiconductors by providing engineering design and manufacturing solutions. Rapidus will utilize its Rapid and Unified Manufacturing Service (RUMS) model to offer integrated design support and manufacturing processes, thereby reducing time-to-market for customers.

This collaboration is set to deliver advanced silicon solutions under a virtual integrated device manufacturer (IDM) model, catering to the needs of fabless companies seeking dedicated AI semiconductor designs.
