RapDev Launches Agentic Platform Operator for Managed ServiceNow Operations

May 21, 2026
RapDev has introduced Agentic Platform Operator, a managed AI platform that automates ServiceNow operations while maintaining governance and engineer oversight.

RapDev has launched Agentic Platform Operator (APO), a managed service that uses AI agents to operate ServiceNow environments at enterprise scale, announced in a press release.

APO allows AI agents to handle requests, configuration tasks, and platform issues within a governed and auditable framework. Each action is authorized against policy rules and executed in tracked Update Sets before engineer review. The system is designed to give organizations continuous platform operations while keeping engineers in control of all key decisions.

The service includes a Vitals capability that scans ServiceNow instances during onboarding and performs regular health checks. Operational telemetry is streamed to Datadog using defined service level objectives, enabling continuous visibility into platform performance.

Each customer runs in a dedicated namespace with isolated secrets, individual AI keys, and tenant-specific kill switches. This structure ensures data separation and prevents cross-customer impact. APO builds on RapDev’s previous AI offerings, such as Arlo, extending its approach to autonomous and policy-bound AI operations for enterprise environments.
