R-Zero Expands Connect Platform With Room Intelligence for Building Optimization

R-Zero has launched Room Intelligence within its Connect platform, expanding its Physical AI system for buildings, announced in a press release. The new feature translates real-time room-level utilization data into operational intelligence, enabling organizations to reduce energy costs, optimize ventilation, and improve building performance.

Room Intelligence unifies multiple data inputs into a single, room-level view that aligns with how facilities and real estate teams manage spaces. It allows users to track how each room is used over time, compare utilization against capacity, and identify inefficiencies in space design.

By connecting usage patterns directly to operational systems, teams can adjust layouts, rebalance room types, or consolidate underused areas. The capability also supports dynamic adjustments to ventilation and energy management systems based on real-time occupancy data.

Room Intelligence is now available to all existing and new Connect customers, providing a consistent framework for occupancy-informed building operations across R-Zero’s Physical AI platform.
