Quantiphi has been granted a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for a significant feature within its AI-powered document processing platform, Dociphi. This patent, titled "System and Method for Data Extraction and Standardization Using AI-Based Workflow Automation," introduces a method for accurately extracting data from the variable and unstructured formats of loss run reports. This advancement is particularly beneficial in scenarios with limited training data, as it eliminates the need for manual data labeling, announced in a press release.

The new feature in Dociphi is designed to improve extraction accuracy and reduce processing and training time by up to 40%, enabling customers to accelerate underwriting decisions and price risk more accurately. This development marks a milestone in Quantiphi's efforts to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that address real-world business challenges, particularly in the financial services sector.
