The event, co-hosted by the International Telecommunication Union and the United Nations Development Programme, was part of the UN General Assembly High-Level Week held from September 22-30 at the UN Headquarters in New York. In a press release, it was noted that Mr. Wu was the sole representative from a Chinese fintech company.

The event, themed 'Digital for Good: For People and Prosperity,' aimed to foster cross-border cooperation under the Global Digital Compact framework. Discussions centered on how emerging technologies can drive global prosperity, aligning with Qfin's focus on digital innovation and technology-led growth. Mr. Wu highlighted the importance of inclusive digital technology development for sustainable growth, emphasizing Qfin's commitment to leveraging AI to enhance financial services for small and micro-enterprises.
