PureHealth Completes €800 Million Acquisition of Hellenic Healthcare Group

PureHealth has finalized the acquisition of a 60% stake in Hellenic Healthcare Group for €800 million, expanding its international footprint into Greece and Cyprus.

PureHealth has completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Hellenic Healthcare Group for €800 million, announced in a press release. The deal values Hellenic Healthcare Group at €1.3 billion and marks PureHealth’s first major expansion into Europe.

The acquisition adds 11 hospitals and 23 diagnostic centers in Greece and Cyprus to PureHealth’s network, serving over 1.4 million patients annually. Hellenic Healthcare Group employs more than 6,900 healthcare professionals who will now operate under the PureHealth umbrella.

PureHealth stated that the transaction was completed using its existing balance sheet and that financial results from the acquisition will be recognized starting October 1, 2025. The company said the integration will enhance access to healthcare services and support knowledge exchange across its global operations.
